Contract
Not only would you want to avoid paying too much for a home, you probably should be wary of a contract written up with no expert help.

The current contract Weichert REALTOR®s uses is based on the New Jersey Association of REALTOR®s, and is approved by the New Jersey Department of Real Estate. Both you and the seller should have a clear picture of what is expected in your contract, including inspection contingencies, loan information and disclosures from the seller, what happens if the contract is breached, and many other items.
The current contract used by real estate professionals is four pages. It is our job at Weichert to guide you through the contract, allow you time to feel comfortable with it, make the contract fit your needs, answer your questions and make sure all parties are abiding by the requirements set forth in the contract.
