• Explain the details of the financing options that best meet your needs.
• Issue a credit decision within 24 hours of receipt of a completed loan application package (M-F).
• Return all calls within 24 hours (M-F).
• Identify costs and fees associated with your mortgage by issuing a Good Faith Estimate and communicate to the best of their ability any other third party charges in advance.
• Provide you with the best loan at the best possible rates.

Close your loan on time to meet your contract obligations.
